Commander of the Imperial Forces

    The Imperial Commander has the task of leading all branches of the Military. (Yes, all, you can't just kill off the Navy. It might be useful... eventually. In the meantime, use it for fishing.) Of course, she must do more things than just sit and say "Go conquer something." No, she must at least stand and say it. I know it's tough, but it's the price of responsibility.

The following duties and privileges are accorded to her:
 

• Total command of all military branches. More info on the military coming... eventually.
• May "conquer" other peoples territory, pets, etc.
• Is allowed to pull weapons on other Council members.
• Is allowed to keep secret files on alien abduction and secret projects without telling anyone of lower rank.
• May eat anyone's food at the council table. (This is not military related, I just felt like throwing it in.)
• May laugh at anyone and make fun of them without fear of retribution.
• May use weapons of mass destrucion on the yards of anyone she doesn't like.
• Will be put in charge of the space program and research into the "Bionic Hamster".
